Daytona Beach Resort and CC- 11th Fl Oceanfront

This is the 11th floor oceanfront condo that I have available for rent
at Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center.
This is an oceanfront studio and is about 500 sq ft with a 130 sq ft balcony.
This is one of the most popular condos for rentals.
Not only because the panaramic views are breathtaking,
but because this condo has the living room area that makes it very comfortable for
longer stays. We walk into the condo and find the washroom on the right.

So walking into the condo we find the kitchen area to the left and the bed to the right .

We have a king sized bed  — comfy pillow-top mattress

Kitchen has a refrigerator — microwave – electric stovetop
with 2 burners.

Front on kitchen view – table with 2 chairs

Past the table – your chest of drawers and the balcony.

This is where the view of the ocean begins and wraps around the room.

Chair and loveseat — loveseat is also a sleeper sofa.

View continues on the south wall.

Back around to the bed.

Heading out to the balcony — this is one of the largest balconies that
you are able to get at Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center.

There is the balcony – large enough to be another room.

Looking down at the beach from your balcony, you could sit here for hours
just listening to the lull of the ocean.
